My Contract

Please read before booking a session or wedding

Session fee

The client agrees to pay a session fee at the time of the session. Please refer to the pricing section on the website for current rates.

Weddings:

  • A non-refundable $200 retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Cheer Competitions:

  • A non-refundable $300 retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Retainers must be paid via EMT to info@nicolezwickerphotography.ca

location

Clients may choose the location of their session.

Travel Fees:

  • No Travel Fee will apply for locations within 30km of Fredericton
  • Sessions beyond this range may be subject to a $50 travel fee.
  • See Wedding Pricing info for more detailed travel considerations.

Permitted Locations:

  • Must be on public land or private property with the owner permission.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Regular Sessions:

  • May be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will require full payment.

If the photographer becomes unavailable due to illness or emergency, the session with be rescheduled at the client's earliest convenience.

All Deposits are non-refundable.

Image Delivery

 

Editing Style:

  • Raw files will not be delivered, as they do not reflect the photographer's finished work.
  • All images will be professionally edited.
  • Clients may not apply additional filters or alter the final delivered images in any way.
  • All images should be downloaded from the gallery, clients should not screenshot any images as it will significantly impact image quality.

Editing

 

Delivery Timeline:

  • Full session galleries will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.
  • Wedding galleries will be delivered within 4-5 weeks.

Image Output:

  • All useable, images will be delivered via an online gallery.
  • Galleries remain available for 1 month. There is a fee if an expired gallery needs to be re-uploaded.
  • Images are permanently deleted after six months.

Weddings Only

 

Approximately one month before your wedding, please reach out with:

  • A timeline of the day
  • Address and locations
  • A list of must-have photos, especially for post ceremony family shots
  • One designated person to help gather family members for formal photos is recommended.

By sending your deposit or attending your session you agree to the terms outlined above.
